I have done what I can in my life to support my family, friends, and neighbors, in spirit and materially. I love this country and its high ideals as expanded from the Constitution which contextually only considered rich white men to be "We the People". We've come a long way since then, and, on paper, at least, women and people of color are now included in that term where at its writing they weren't for the most part.
But we have been assaulted by a PoSter boy for making our country great "Again". Could it be, as it seems from his brutish exceptionalism, racism, and misogyny, that what "Again" means is code for eliminating the hard-won rights of women and those of color, even those who have made significant economic, scientific, and Artistic contributions to our wellbeing and progress? The small-mindedness and obvious prejudices or our PoSerdent would indicate just that.
The seriously tragic part about that is that he's become a PoSter boy for the legitimization and normalization of a sweeping movement of infantilism in our body politic. The denial of the legitimacy of a legally proctored election has become a movement of sedition even within our own Congress! How do we now heal ourselves, if we can, from the wounds inflicted by this egomaniacal slasher, his cadre, and his suicidal cult?
